Can you believe we are almost to the end of 2020… thank goodness! But before we go, there is still fun to be had. It may look a little different this year, it may feel smaller and even a little harder than we’d hoped- but dressing up and putting on your festive looks can go a long way to getting in that Christmas spirit we all desperately need this year. I’ve got 4 super easy twisted hair styles that you can try- I promise they’re not hard and they will dress up your locks in a snap. Ready? Let’s go! [video here]

  • Rope Twist Accent- this one is easy and unexpected, just a little pop of fun. Place a twist or two anywhere you fancy… here is a handy illustration for help.

  • Knotted Crown- if you can’t braid, just tie some knots. Adding in a new strand of hair to the next knot as you work your way down and secure near the temple or cheekbone with a couple bobby pins.

  • Twisted Rows- bring back the 90’s staple but with a slight update. Looser and less precise than we did it back then, keep it more organic and only take your twists back about 2 inches before pinning in place.

  • Half-Up Twist- for an easy but elegant half-up do, grab yourself some jeweled pins and show them off by securing your double knotted twist in the back of your head. Easy yet elegant.
