I make it my mission to snoop out the best at all price points, so this list really is the tops! Wet n Wild Retractable Brow Pencil $4 A perfect dupe for the Anastasia pencil that is over $30! And the one that showed up the most when I asked my audience to pick just one favorite under $10.
Profusion 10 Shade Palette $4.98 Such amazing quality for an amazing price! The pigment and color payoff are spot on- and there are color combos that speak to everyones taste.
ColourPop LippieStix $7 I love these because the size and shape of the bullet is smaller and more precise. The colors have so much payoff, and you can get matte, glossy or satin finishes.
NYX Born to Glow Concealer $9 When I find a concealer that performs equally great under the eyes AND on spots, thats a formula I can celebrate.
Hairitage Dry Shampoo and Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse $7.94/each This whole line really has impressed me, and all of it is under $10. I especially love this duo; the Dry Shampoo is so great for volumizing, has no white residue, and is free of any yucky ingredients. The Vinegar rinse detoxes the scalp and hair without stripping color- but really thoroughly cleans buildup.
E.L.F. Poreless Putty Primer $8 I like to think if this as ‘spackle’ for my pores. It fills in the little holes and creates a smooth surface for foundation.
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid $6.80 This magic ingredient draws moisture from the environment into the skin for major plumping and hydration. Other brands charge $50+, but this guy is super effective for under $10.
Garnier Micellar Water Eye Makeup Remover Pads $6.96 I use these daily to remove makeup, mascara, and even long-lasting lipsticks that can be tricky to get off. They never leave my delicate eye area feeling irritated. Win!
Flower Beauty Blush Bomb $9.99 These liquid blushes last ALL DAY and have a beautiful glowy finish. Comes in 6 colors and one tube will last ages.
Equate Brush Cleaner $4.98 Keep brushes clean in a snap with this voodoo magic spray! A few swishes on a paper towel and makeup is gone, leaving your brushes clean and hydrated.
